In order to study the application of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in insulin injection of type 2 diabetes,
diabetic patients in Secretory Department of Pingxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into
experimental group and control group. CNP knowledge and routine nursing knowledge were trained, and then
related data were collected through questionnaire survey for the comparative analysis of the indicators, so as to
judge the effect. The results showed that there was no significant difference in basic information between the
two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood glucose concentration between the two
groups at admission. During hospitalization, it was found that the number of patients without hypoglycemia in
the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the blood glucose
concentration in the experimental group was also lower than that in the control group at discharge, with
statistical difference (P < 0.01); the comparative analysis of mastery of knowledge of insulin showed that the
CNP group was significantly better than the control group, with significant statistical difference (P < 0.01); in
the comparative analysis of nursing process satisfaction, it was found that in the experimental group, the nursepatient
relationship could be improved, and the cooperation between doctors and nurses could be strengthened.
Therefore, through this study, it is found that CNP plays an intervention role in the blood glucose concentration
of patients with type 2 diabetes, strengthens the patient’s own prevention of the disease, and achieves the desired
effect. Although there are still some shortcomings in the research process, the research still provides a reference
for the prevention and improvement of late diabetes, which is an important research topic.
