Abstract

In this paper, 86 patients were randomly divided into control group (nicorandil tablets) and treatment group
(Yixin Decoction combined with nicorandil tablets). After 4 weeks of treatment, the effects of treatment on
angina pectoris, electrocardiogram and blood lipids were observed. The results showed that the total effective
rate of the treatment group was 93.02%, the total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 95.35%, and that of the
control group was 79.07% and 81.40%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <
0.05, P <0.01). In addition, the treatment group reduced total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density
lipoprotein (LDL-C) density, and increased high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) water. The difference between the
two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05, P <0.01). Through the above studies, Yixin Decoction can
achieve satisfactory clinical results in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris on the basis of conventional drug
therapy.
