Abstract

Dengue infection, which is one of the hemorrhagic fevers caused by the arbovirus, is epidemic in many tropical and subtropical countries.       Given the histological findings, candidemia may have occurred as a result of translocation from the intestine that had been damaged by the dengue virus infection.
