Application of Drug Knowledge Base Based on Big Data Technology in Pediatric Clinical Drug Use

Rational use of drugs refers to the safe, economic and effective use of drugs. Children belong to a special group of our human beings. Their organs and physiological functions in all aspects of the body are not yet mature, and their ability to metabolize drugs is relatively fragile. It is prone to drug risks such as adverse reactions. With the advent of information technology, many hospitals have begun to use the rational drug decision support software to review pediatric drugs to reduce the problem of drug errors. This paper builds a drug knowledge base based on big data technology to study the application of pediatric clinical drugs, and automatically establishes a drug knowledge base through big data analysis technology to automatically realize the drug function for children. In this study, children’s clinical medications were studied. Through interviews with the respondents, we found that the observers were significantly better than the control patients in both the familiarity of the medication and satisfaction of the care. At the same time, the experiment also analyzed the distribution of irrational drug prescriptions and the data analysis in clinical drug care accidents. From this, we know that the proportion of irrational drug prescriptions is the highest. In clinical drug care accidents, doctors’ execution errors accounted for the highest proportion.
