In order to study the therapeutic effect of different acupuncture and moxibustion methods on rheumatoid arthritis, 140 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated by simple acupuncture, simple moxibustion, acupoint injection, warm needle therapy, fire needle therapy and peak needle therapy. The experimental results show that different methods of acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis. Among them, simple acupuncture has obvious effects on improving grip strength, relieving pain symptoms and balancing serum immunoglobulin of patients; simple moxibustion can alleviate morning stiffness symptoms and reduce blood sedimentation of patients. Acupoint injection therapy has obvious effect on relieving joint tenderness and controlling serum C-reactive protein content of patients; warm needle therapy has obvious effect on reducing serum rheumatoid factor of patients; fire needle therapy has obvious effect on relieving joint swelling of patients; peak needle therapy has obvious effect on relieving joint swelling of patients. Acupuncture therapy has the most obvious effect on rheumatoid arthritis and arthralgia syndrome, and the above acupuncture treatment, patients did not produce any adverse reactions, indicating that different acupuncture methods can not only effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis, but also safe and no side effects.
