Abstract

To evaluate the effect of clinical psychological intervention based on timing theory, 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our department from April 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group (36 persons) and observation group (36 persons). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given clinical psychological intervention based on timing theory. FCT scale and SF-36 scale were used to test the caring ability of family members and the quality of life of patients. Blood lipid, blood pressure, blood sugar and serum inflammatory factors were recorded. The results were as follows: the total scores of family care ability and dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01); the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01); the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly improved (P < 0.01); the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Therefore, the clinical psychological intervention based on timing theory has ideal effect, which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
